The SHARKBITE CASH ACME 22604LF is a lead-free NPT water heater connector kit designed for residential and light commercial plumbing installations. The kit uses SharkBite push-fit technology, eliminating the need for soldering, crimping, or clamps during installation. Fittings are constructed of DZR brass and are rated to 200 psi and 200 degrees F. Compatible with copper tubing (CTS), CPVC, and PEX pipe, with an integral tube liner included for PEX connections. This kit is installed by licensed plumbers and meets federal lead-free requirements under Public Law 111-380.

The 22604LF is suited for water heater supply connections in residential and light commercial systems where a 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch NPT transition is required. The push-fit design makes it practical for tight spaces and retrofit work where torch access is limited or restricted. Fittings are certified for use on both potable and hydronic water distribution systems. They are also certified for underground applications as a manufactured joint, with no access panel required after installation.

Installation Notes
