The SGS PRO 15100 is a single-cut tungsten carbide cone bur designed for precision material removal in metalworking and fabrication applications. Conforming to the SK-9 industry specification, this bur features a 90-degree included angle cone head with a 1-inch cutting diameter and a 1/4-inch shank for compatibility with standard die grinders and rotary tools. The cutting head is uncoated tungsten carbide, delivering consistent edge life across a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With an overall length of 2.375 inches and a cutting length of 0.4375 inches, the 15100 is well suited for deburring, chamfering, and contouring operations. Maximum operating speed is 14,000 RPM.

This bur is intended for use on steel, hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, cermet, nickel, copper, and copper alloys.
