The SGS PRO 14500 is a single-cut tungsten carbide abrasive bur with a flame head shape, designed for material removal, deburring, and surface finishing in metalworking applications. The flame profile offers controlled cutting geometry suited for contouring and finishing work in tight or curved areas. With a cutting diameter of 0.75 inches and an overall length of 3.375 inches, this bur mounts on a 0.25-inch shank and operates at up to 19,000 RPM. It is used by machinists, tool and die makers, welders, and fabricators working with ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

This bur is appropriate for use on steel, hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, cermet, nickel, copper, and copper alloys. The flame geometry makes it well suited for blending weld seams, removing casting flash, and finishing contoured surfaces where a cylindrical or ball-shaped bur would not reach effectively.
