The SGS PRO 13350 is a tungsten carbide abrasive bur in the SF-4 ball nose tree configuration, designed for aggressive material removal in metalworking and fabrication applications. The uncoated carbide head delivers single cut geometry with a 7/16 inch (0.4375 inch) cutting diameter and a 1 inch length of cut. Overall length is 2-3/4 inches, with a 1/4 inch shank for use in standard die grinders and rotary tools. Rated to 28,000 RPM, this bur is built for demanding stock removal across a wide range of metals encountered in production and maintenance work.
This bur is suited for deburring, shaping, and blending on steel, hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, nickel, copper, copper alloys, and cermet. The ball nose tree profile allows access to contoured surfaces, concave recesses, and weld areas where flat or cylindrical tools cannot reach. Fabricators, tool and die makers, and maintenance machinists typically reach for this style when blending complex profiles or cleaning up cast and machined parts.
Fits any die grinder or rotary tool equipped with a 1/4 inch collet. Suitable for use on steel, hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, cermet, nickel, copper, and copper alloys per industry specification SF-4.
Installation and use should be performed by qualified machinists or fabricators familiar with rotary cutting tools. Ensure the tool is fully de-energized and collet is secure before seating or removing the bur. Do not exceed the rated 28,000 RPM maximum; always verify the grinder speed rating before operation. Eye protection and appropriate PPE are required when operating carbide rotary burs.
