The SGS PRO 12850 is a tungsten carbide abrasive bur with a ball head profile conforming to industry specification SD-53. It is designed for rotary die grinder and flexible shaft tool applications where controlled material removal is required in confined or contoured areas. The ball shape allows the technician to deburr, blend, and shape internal cavities, radiused pockets, and curved surfaces. The single-cut tooth style produces a smoother finish with lower vibration compared to double-cut configurations, making it well-suited for finishing passes on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The 1/8-inch shank fits standard collets found on most pneumatic and electric die grinders.

This bur is rated for use on a broad range of materials including steel, hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, cermet, nickel, copper, and copper alloys.
