The SGS PRO 11795 is a double-cut tungsten carbide rotary bur designed for aggressive material removal on hard metals and alloys. Built to the SC-3 industry specification, this cylinder-with-radius-end bur features a 3/8 inch cutting diameter and a 3/4 inch length of cut on a 2.5 inch overall length. The 1/4 inch shank fits standard die grinders and rotary tools. The double-cut flute pattern removes material faster than single-cut geometry and produces a smoother finish in a single pass. Machinists, tool-and-die workers, welders, and metal fabricators are the primary users.

This bur is suited for deburring, porting, shaping, and surface blending on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
