The SGS PRO 10321 is a tungsten carbide abrasive bur in the SF-5 tree with radius (ball nose tree) geometry, designed for aggressive material removal and contouring on hard metals. Built with an Omega Cut tooth style, it delivers efficient chip clearance and smooth surface finishes on difficult-to-machine materials. The 1/2 inch cutting diameter and 1 inch length of cut make it well suited for die grinding, porting, and cavity work. It runs at up to 28,000 RPM on a standard 1/4 inch shank. Licensed machinists, tool-and-die makers, welders, and fabricators are the primary users of this type of rotary bur.

This bur is intended for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, nickel, copper, and copper alloys. It fits common pneumatic and electric die grinders that accept a 1/4 inch shank. Installation Notes

Install and remove burs only with the grinder fully powered off and air supply disconnected. Insert the shank fully into the collet and tighten securely before operation. Do not exceed the 28,000 RPM maximum speed rating. Wear appropriate eye protection and gloves when operating rotary burs on hard metals.
