The SGS 77265 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance finishing operations in demanding metal-cutting applications. It features a 3/4 inch mill diameter, a 0.03 inch corner radius, and 7 helical flutes with a close pitch and variable index geometry. The overall length is 4.5 inches with a 2.25 inch length of cut and a 3/4 inch straight-cylindrical shank. A TiN coating helps extend tool life during high-speed cuts. The 77265 is built for finishing passes on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium, as well as hard materials.
