Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with Ti-NAMITE-X (TX) for extended wear resistance, this bit delivers consistent cutting performance in demanding shop and field environments. It features a 135-degree split point for accurate self-centering and reduced thrust on entry. The 8xD flute-to-diameter ratio and web-thinned geometry promote efficient chip evacuation through the 95 mm spiral flute. Coolant-through capability makes it well suited for deep-hole applications where heat management is critical. This bit is designed for universal material applications including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals. Installation and use of this drill bit should be performed by qualified machinists familiar with speeds and feeds for solid carbide tooling.
