Built to DIN 6537 standards, it features a 135-degree split point with web thinning to reduce thrust and improve centering on entry. The Ti-NAMITE-X coating extends tool life by increasing surface hardness and reducing friction at the cutting edge. At 3.228 inches overall length with a 1.732-inch flute, the 66521 suits precision drilling applications where carbide rigidity and coating durability matter. The SGS 66521 fits applications requiring a wire-size 12 drill, equivalent to 4.80 mm or 0.189 inches in diameter.
