The SGS 46859 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for demanding material removal in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium. It carries a 10 mm cutting diameter, a 1 mm corner radius, and a 10 mm length of cut, with a 72 mm overall length and a 10 mm straight-cylindrical shank. The four-flute, variable-helix geometry supports both roughing and finishing operations in a single tool. A TiN coating adds surface hardness and wear resistance. This tool is part of the SGS Z-Carb-AP ZPMC series and is built from micrograin carbide for edge retention at elevated cutting loads.

The SGS 46859 is suited for machining operations on CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers using end mill holders.
