The SGS 44826 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. Part of the SGS Series 43MR, it features a 12 mm mill diameter, a 26 mm length of cut (1.5 inches), and a 2.00 mm (0.0787 inch) corner radius. The three-flute, right-hand helical geometry with a coarse pitch and high helix angle supports aggressive roughing passes while the TiB2 (Ti-NAMITE-B) coating reduces friction and extends tool life in aluminum, brass, and similar non-ferrous materials. Single-end configuration with a straight-cylindrical shank fits standard end mill holders.

This end mill is suited for CNC machining centers and manual mills where roughing operations on non-ferrous metals require a corner radius profile to reduce edge chipping and improve surface transitions.
