The SGS 39602 is a solid carbide ball end mill designed for precision milling operations requiring a very small cutting diameter. With a 0.0313-inch (1/32-inch) mill diameter and four flutes, this tool delivers fine detail cutting with excellent chip evacuation. The 30-degree helix angle and micrograin carbide construction provide rigidity and edge retention in demanding applications. A TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) coating reduces friction and extends tool life. The double-end design provides two usable cutting ends, maximizing tool value. This end mill is installed and operated by machinists and CNC operators working in precision machining environments.

The SGS 39602 is suited for milling operations across a range of workpiece material categories, including hardened steels, cast irons, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, general steels, and superalloys, corresponding to material codes H, K, M, N, P, and S. Installation Notes
