The SGS 39515 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision material removal in CNC machining and manual milling operations. Built from micrograin solid carbide with a TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) finish, this end mill offers a 1/8 inch cutting diameter, a 1/2 inch length of cut, and a 1-1/2 inch overall length. The two-flute spiral design with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and clean cuts. The right-hand cut and right-hand flute geometry follow standard milling conventions.
