The SGS 38021 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous metalworking applications. It features a 1/4-inch mill diameter with a 0.02-inch corner radius, providing a controlled blend between the cutting face and flank to reduce chipping and extend tool life in demanding cuts. The four-flute, right-hand helical geometry supports both roughing and finishing passes in a single tool. With an overall length of 2.5 inches and a 3/4-inch length of cut, this end mill fits standard end mill holders used in CNC machining centers and manual knee mills. Micrograin carbide construction contributes to edge stability across difficult workpiece materials.
