Product Description

The SGS 37175 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. It features a 3/8 inch mill diameter, a 0.03 inch corner radius, and 5 helical flutes with a high-helix configuration. The TiN coating increases surface hardness and reduces tool wear during extended cutting cycles. With a short-length-of-cut geometry and a Weldon flat shank, this end mill is well-suited for use in end mill holders on CNC machining centers and manual mills. It handles both roughing and finishing operations in a single tool, making it a practical choice for shops running tight tolerances on hard materials.

The SGS 37175 is intended for cutting steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium, as well as secondary hard material applications. Installation Notes
