The SGS 36875 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding material applications. Part of the SGS ZPCR Series, this single-end tool features a 1/32 inch (0.0312 inch) mill diameter, a 0.005 inch corner radius, and 4 helical flutes with variable index and variable helix geometry. The TX coating reduces friction and extends tool life in high-performance cutting operations. With a 1-1/2 inch overall length and right-hand flute direction, this end mill is suited for both roughing and finishing passes in ferrous and exotic workpiece materials. The SGS 36875 is engineered for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC tooling technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool holder is clean and free of debris before mounting. Verify runout with a dial indicator after seating the shank in the holder, as the specified mill diameter tolerance is -0.0003 to 0.0003 inches. Do not exceed the tool manufacturer's recommended feed and speed parameters for the workpiece material being cut.
