It features a 7/16-inch (0.4375-inch) mill diameter with a 0.0200-inch corner radius, a 1-inch length of cut, and a 6-inch overall length. The 4-flute, right-hand cutting geometry with variable helix (35 to 38 degrees) and variable index reduces chatter and promotes chip evacuation. A TX coating improves wear resistance and thermal stability. This tool is intended for use by machinists and tool-and-die professionals running CNC milling operations that require both roughing and finishing capability in a single pass.
