The SGS 35796 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. It features a 1/2 inch diameter with a 0.015 inch corner radius, 3 helical flutes, and a short-length geometry with a 5/8 inch length of cut and 4 inch overall length. The high helix, right-hand cutting configuration promotes efficient chip evacuation in aluminum, copper, brass, and similar materials. Extended reach geometry with a 2-1/4 inch reach length and 0.480 inch neck diameter allows access in deeper pockets or stepped features.
