The SGS 35678 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in non-ferrous metal machining applications. With a 3/8 inch mill diameter and a 0.06 inch corner radius, this single-end tool produces smooth, radiused transitions that reduce stress concentrations and extend workpiece life. The 3-flute helical geometry and TiB2 (Ti-NAMITE-B) coating improve chip evacuation and surface finish at elevated cutting speeds. At 3 inches overall length with a 1/2 inch length of cut, this short-series end mill is suited for rigid setups where deflection control matters. Machinists and toolroom operators in production and job-shop environments rely on this geometry for finishing and light roughing passes on aluminum, copper, brass, and similar non-ferrous materials.

The coarse-pitch, right-hand helical flutes with right-hand cutting direction are optimized for non-ferrous metals coded N under standard material classification.
