The SGS 35610 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. Built to Series 43CR specifications, it features a 0.5-inch mill diameter, a 1.625-inch length of cut, and a 0.01-inch corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge during roughing passes. The three-flute, right-hand helical geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation in aluminum, brass, copper, and similar non-ferrous workpiece materials. At 4 inches overall length with a matching 0.5-inch straight cylindrical shank, it mounts directly into standard end mill holders used on vertical machining centers and CNC milling machines.
