The SGS 35605 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in non-ferrous metals. It features a 1/2 inch diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 0.030 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge and extends tool life compared to sharp-corner geometries. The 3-flute, single-end configuration with a 38-degree high helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes.
