The SGS 35303 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precise milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With a 5/32-inch (0.1563-inch) cutting diameter and a 9/16-inch length of cut, this two-flute end mill handles slotting, profiling, and plunge cutting in tight-tolerance applications. The TiCN coating increases surface hardness and reduces friction, extending tool life in abrasive materials. A 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute geometry follow standard CNC milling conventions. This is a centercutting tool, allowing direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot hole.
