The SGS 34863 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision material removal in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 3/8-inch cutting diameter, a 2-inch length of cut, and a 4-inch overall length, making it a regular-length tool well suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling. The three-flute spiral geometry and 38-degree helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. A TiB2 (titanium diboride) coating reduces friction and extends tool life in non-ferrous cutting applications. This end mill is installed and operated by machinists and CNC operators working in job shops, production facilities, and tool rooms.
