The SGS 34832 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-accuracy material removal in metalworking and machining applications. With a 0.5-inch mill diameter, a 2.5-inch length of cut, and a 5-inch overall length, this tool is built for general-purpose milling where dimensional control matters. The 3-flute geometry provides a balance between chip clearance and cutting edge strength, making it well suited to slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling. A 38-degree helix angle promotes smooth cutting action and efficient chip evacuation. This end mill is intended primarily for non-ferrous metal workpieces, including aluminum, brass, copper, and similar materials. It is a right-hand cut, right-hand flute tool with a straight cylindrical shank and is centercutting, allowing plunge entry directly into the workpiece. The 0.5-inch shank diameter matches the mill diameter for direct collet or end mill holder mounting.
