The SGS 34827 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-precision metal removal in demanding machining applications. With a 0.375-inch mill diameter, a 1.25-inch length of cut, and three spiral flutes running at a 38-degree helix angle, this tool delivers efficient chip evacuation and stable cutting performance. The right-hand cut and right-hand flute orientation follow standard milling conventions, and the centercutting geometry allows for direct plunge entry into the workpiece. Solid carbide construction provides the rigidity and wear resistance required for consistent dimensional accuracy at production feed rates. This is a Series 43 tool in an uncoated finish.

This end mill is suited for milling non-ferrous metals including aluminum, brass, copper, and similar alloys in both CNC machining centers and manual knee mills.
