The SGS 34809 is a single-end corner radius end mill designed for high-efficiency material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. It features a 3/4 inch cutting diameter with a 0.09 inch corner radius, a 1-5/8 inch length of cut, and a 4 inch overall length. The tool is constructed from solid carbide and finished with a TiB2 (Ti-NAMITE-B) coating, which improves hardness and wear resistance for demanding cutting cycles. The 38-degree high helix angle promotes aggressive chip evacuation and reduces heat buildup at the cutting edge. Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following the machine tool manufacturer's spindle and toolholder specifications.
