The SGS 34800 is a single-end corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in non-ferrous metals. Built from solid carbide with a TiB2 (Ti-NAMITE-B) coating, it delivers the hardness and wear resistance required for demanding milling operations. The tool measures 0.5 inches in diameter with a 1.25-inch length of cut and a 3.25-inch overall length. Three right-hand spiral flutes with a 38-degree high helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation. A 0.010-inch corner radius reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge. Installation Notes
