The SGS 34751 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-precision milling of non-ferrous metals. It features a 1 inch cutting diameter, a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, and a 4 inch overall length with a 1 inch straight-cylindrical shank. The three-flute geometry and 38-degree helix angle support efficient chip evacuation and surface finish quality in aluminum, copper, brass, and similar materials. A titanium diboride (TiB2) coating reduces friction and improves tool life in non-ferrous applications. This is a right-hand cut, right-hand flute configuration belonging to the SGS Series 43 product line.

This end mill is suited for CNC machining centers and manual mills used in production and job-shop environments. Because this tool is non-centercutting, always use a pre-drilled entry point or ramp entry strategy when starting a pocket.
