Product Description

The SGS 33307 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in a wide range of metalworking applications. Built to Series 3L long-length standards, it features a 3/8 inch cutting diameter, a 1-1/8 inch length of cut, and a 3 inch overall length with a straight cylindrical 3/8 inch shank. The micrograin carbide construction provides the hardness and wear resistance needed for consistent performance in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With 2 flutes and a 30-degree helix angle, this end mill delivers efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. It is centercutting, allowing plunge entry into the workpiece without a pre-drilled hole.

This end mill is suited for general-purpose milling operations including slotting, profiling, and contouring on CNC machining centers and manual mills. The long length of cut makes it appropriate for applications requiring extended reach into pockets or along stepped features. Its right-hand cut and right-hand spiral flute configuration is the standard orientation for conventional milling setups. Installation Notes
