The SGS 33106 is a solid carbide ball end mill designed for precision milling of contoured surfaces, pockets, and 3D profiles. Built from micrograin solid carbide, this 4-flute, single-end tool delivers a 0.3125-inch cutting diameter and a 1.125-inch length of cut. The 30-degree right-hand helix promotes efficient chip evacuation while maintaining a stable cutting edge. The long-length design extends reach into deeper cavities without requiring extended-reach tooling. Variable index spacing reduces harmonic chatter during aggressive cuts. This tool is used in CNC machining centers and manual mills and is installed by machinists and tooling technicians working in production and job shop environments.

The SGS 33106 is suited for milling a broad range of workpiece materials including cast iron, non-ferrous metals, stainless and heat-resistant alloys, titanium, carbon steel, and plastics, corresponding to material codes H, K, M, N, P, and S.
