The SGS 32766 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in non-ferrous metals and similar materials. With a 1/2 inch mill diameter, a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, and a 0.12 inch corner radius, this tool delivers controlled material removal while reducing stress concentrations at part corners. The micrograin carbide construction provides the rigidity and edge retention needed for consistent performance in production environments. It features a 3-flute, right-hand spiral configuration with a high helix angle and a straight cylindrical shank, making it compatible with standard end mill toolholders. Installation and setup are handled by machinists and CNC operators in job shop and production machining environments.

The SGS 32766 is suited for milling non-ferrous workpiece materials including aluminum, brass, copper, and similar alloys.
