The SGS 32765 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. It features a 3/8-inch mill diameter, a 0.06-inch corner radius, and three right-hand helical flutes with a coarse pitch for aggressive roughing cuts. The extended-reach geometry provides a 2-1/8-inch reach length with a 1/2-inch length of cut, making it suited for accessing deep features or pocketing operations. The tool runs uncoated with a bright finish on a straight cylindrical 3/8-inch shank, and at 4 inches overall length it fits standard end mill holders. Machinists and CNC programmers working in job shops, aerospace, or general metalworking select this tool for high-volume roughing in aluminum, brass, copper, and similar non-ferrous materials.
The SGS 32765 is intended for use in non-ferrous metal machining where a corner radius profile is required to reduce stress concentrations at the base of a pocket or along a shoulder. The single-end, extended-reach configuration suits setups where tool clearance or depth of cut demands a longer neck. The Series 43LC designation identifies this as a short-flute, long-reach roughing geometry within the SGS S-Carb product line. It accepts standard end mill holders and collet chucks sized for a 3/8-inch straight-cylindrical shank.

Installation is performed by a machinist or CNC setup technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out before inserting or removing the tool. Seat the shank fully into the holder to the recommended minimum engagement depth and torque the set screw or collet nut per the holder manufacturer specification. Inspect the corner radius and cutting edges for chips or wear before use; carbide is brittle and should not be dropped or contacted against hard surfaces during handling.
