The SGS 32733 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. It features a 0.3750-inch cutting diameter, a 0.5-inch length of cut, and a 3/8-inch straight-cylindrical shank with an overall length of 4 inches. The 38-degree helix angle and three-flute spiral geometry promote efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. A titanium diboride (TiB2) coating reduces friction and extends tool life in aluminum, copper, brass, and similar non-ferrous materials. Micrograin carbide substrate provides the hardness and edge retention required for precision milling at elevated speeds.

The SGS 32733 is suited for CNC milling operations on non-ferrous metals in job shop, production, and toolroom environments. Its long-series configuration, with a 2.125-inch reach length, makes it appropriate for applications requiring access to deeper features or pockets where a standard-length tool would not reach.
