The SGS 32688 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining environments. Built to Series 55CR standards, this single-end tool features a 3/4 inch cutting diameter, a 0.06 inch corner radius, and 5 flutes with a high helix angle of 45 degrees. The AlTiN (Ti-NAMITE-A) coating provides excellent heat resistance and extended tool life when cutting ferrous and hard materials. At 6 inches overall length with a 3-1/4 inch length of cut, this is an extra-long reach end mill suited for deep-pocket and long-reach milling operations. Machinists and CNC operators working in job shops, aerospace, and precision manufacturing environments will find this tool appropriate for both roughing and finishing passes.

This end mill is engineered for use in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials.
