The SGS 32682 is a solid carbide square end mill engineered for demanding material removal in precision machining applications. This Series 55 tool features a 3/4-inch cutting diameter, 1-inch length of cut, and a 5-flute spiral configuration with a 45-degree helix angle and AlTiN coating. The AlTiN finish improves heat resistance and extends tool life in high-speed cutting operations. Manufactured from micrograin carbide stock, it delivers consistent edge geometry across the full cutting length. The variable index design reduces chatter and harmonic vibration during the cut, making it well suited for finishing and semi-finishing passes in ferrous and hardened materials.

This end mill is used in CNC milling operations across job shops, aerospace component manufacturing, die and mold work, and general precision machining. The stub length profile and straight-cylindrical shank keep deflection low in tight setups.
