The SGS 32675 is a 5-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding metal-cutting applications. Built from micrograin carbide with an AlTiN coating, this end mill offers excellent heat resistance and wear life at elevated cutting speeds. It features a 45-degree helix angle, a variable index flute geometry to reduce chatter and improve surface finish, and a right-hand cut with right-hand spiral flutes. The stub-length profile keeps deflection low when rigidity matters most. Installation and use are handled by machinists and CNC operators in job shop and production environments.

The SGS 32675 is suited for milling ISO workpiece material groups H, K, M, P, and S, covering hardened steels, cast irons, stainless steels, carbon and alloy steels, and high-temperature alloys. Its stub length and 7/16-inch length of cut make it best suited for shallow-to-moderate pocket, slot, and profile operations where tool overhang must be minimized. The straight cylindrical shank fits standard end mill holders, collet chucks, and shrink-fit tooling.
