The SGS 32593 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling of ferrous and difficult-to-machine materials. It features a 3/8 inch cutting diameter, a 0.03 inch corner radius, and five flutes with a high helix configuration that supports both roughing and finishing operations in a single tool. The AlTiN coating, designated Ti-NAMITE-A by SGS, provides heat resistance and wear protection at elevated cutting temperatures. The Weldon flat shank provides positive drive and reduces pullout risk in demanding cuts. This tool is intended for use in CNC machining centers with end mill holders.

The 32593 is suited for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. Its short flute length of 1/2 inch and 2 inch overall length make it appropriate for rigid setups requiring close-tolerance corner radii in die work, aerospace components, and general precision machining. The variable index geometry helps reduce chatter and vibration during aggressive material removal. It is a single-end tool, so once worn it is resharpened or replaced rather than flipped.
