With a 0.0469-inch (3/64-inch) mill diameter and a 0.1094-inch (7/64-inch) length of cut, this tool is built for fine-detail work in tight geometries. The micrograin carbide substrate provides hardness and edge retention, while the AlTiN coating adds thermal resistance and surface lubricity for extended tool life in abrasive materials. A 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. This is a single-end, right-hand cut tool suited for CNC machining centers and high-speed spindle applications.
The SGS 30473 is intended for use in CNC milling operations where small-diameter precision cutting is required.
