The SGS 30377 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precise milling operations in a wide range of metalworking and machining applications. With a 1/8 inch cutting diameter and a 3/8 inch length of cut, this single-end tool delivers tight tolerances on small-feature work. The two-flute, right-hand spiral geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. Manufactured from micrograin solid carbide, the 30377 offers the rigidity and wear resistance required for demanding cuts. The bright, uncoated finish makes it well suited for non-ferrous metals, plastics, and cast materials where coating adhesion is not a factor.
This end mill is appropriate for use on CNC machining centers, manual mills, and high-speed spindle applications where small-diameter tooling is required. The 1/8 inch straight-cylindrical shank fits standard collets and tool holders sized for 1/8 inch tooling. The 1.5 inch overall length keeps the tool compact for setups with limited Z-axis clearance. It is centercutting, allowing plunge entry into workpieces.
