The SGS 30120 is a solid carbide ball end mill designed for precise contouring, profiling, and 3D milling operations on CNC and manual machining centers. Built from micrograin solid carbide, it delivers the rigidity and edge retention required in demanding material removal applications. The 0.1563 inch (5/32 inch) cutting diameter pairs with a 0.5 inch length of cut and a 2.0 inch overall length, making it well-suited for detailed work in confined geometries. The 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. Four flutes provide increased feed rates and a finer surface finish compared to two-flute designs.
