The SGS 30004 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision material removal in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 7/32 inch (0.2188 inch) cutting diameter with a 5/8 inch length of cut and a 30-degree helix angle. The four-flute, right-hand spiral geometry paired with an AlTiN coating makes this tool well suited for high-speed cutting in demanding materials. The micrograin carbide substrate provides wear resistance and edge retention at elevated temperatures. This end mill is single-end, center-cutting, and uses a straight cylindrical shank for secure toolholder seating.

This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where tight tolerances and clean finishes are required.
