The SGS 30000 is a single-end, square-profile solid carbide end mill designed for precision milling in a wide range of metalworking and machining applications. The tool measures 5/32 inch (0.1562 inch) in diameter with a 1/2 inch length of cut and a 2 inch overall length. It features four flutes with a 30-degree helix angle and a right-hand cutting and flute direction. The shank diameter is 3/16 inch (0.1875 inch) and the shank is straight-cylindrical. An AlTiN coating improves heat resistance and wear life during demanding cutting operations. Manufactured from micrograin solid carbide, this tool is suited for use by machinists and CNC operators working in production and toolroom environments.

This end mill is designed for milling a broad range of workpiece materials, including hardened steels, cast irons, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, general steels, and high-temperature alloys, corresponding to material codes H, K, M, N, P, and S.
