It measures 2.85 mm (0.1122 inches) in diameter with a 130-degree four-facet point geometry that promotes accurate entry and minimizes walkout on hard or layered substrates. The overall length is 1-1/2 inches (38.10 mm), with a 1/8-inch (3.18 mm) shank diameter that fits standard CNC drill spindles and high-speed drill presses. The uncoated solid carbide construction and heavy-duty grade designation make this bit suitable for demanding drilling cycles where dimensional accuracy is critical. It is a single-piece, right-hand-cut tool intended for professional and production-level use.
This drill bit is suited for drilling circuit boards, composite laminates, and a broad range of engineering materials including aluminum, copper alloys, stainless steel, titanium, cobalt alloys, cast iron, fiber-reinforced polymers, plastics, and nickel-based materials.
