The SGS 07367 is a solid carbide circuit board drill bit designed for precision hole-making in printed circuit boards and similar thin, high-tolerance substrates. It measures 2.3 mm (0.0906 inches) in diameter with a 1/8 inch (3.18 mm) shank and an overall length of 1.5 inches (38.10 mm). The 130-degree four-facet point geometry reduces walking and produces clean entry holes, while the uncoated solid carbide construction delivers the rigidity and edge retention required at small diameters. The 30-degree helix angle with regular spiral fluting promotes efficient chip evacuation during high-speed drilling operations. This bit is installed and used by electronics technicians, PCB fabricators, and precision machine operators.
The SGS 07367 is suited for drilling through fiber-reinforced polymers, plastics, aluminum, copper alloy, stainless steel, cobalt alloy, nickel, titanium, and cast iron. Its heavy-duty grade and tapered web configuration make it appropriate for both manual drilling fixtures and CNC drilling equipment used in circuit board production and prototype fabrication environments. The compact 0.40 inch (10.16 mm) flute length is optimized for the thin stack depths typical of PCB and thin-sheet applications.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard consumable for CNC drill presses, PCB drilling machines, and precision drilling fixtures that accept a 1/8 inch straight shank. Suitable for drilling aluminum, cast iron, cobalt alloy, copper alloy, fiber-reinforced polymers, nickel, plastics, stainless steel, and titanium workpiece materials.
Installation and use should be performed by a qualified machinist or electronics fabrication technician familiar with high-speed drilling of small-diameter holes. Secure the 1/8 inch shank firmly in a compatible collet or drill chuck before operation, and verify runout is within acceptable tolerance to avoid bit deflection or breakage at this diameter. Power down and de-energize all equipment before changing or inspecting the bit. Do not exceed manufacturer-recommended spindle speeds for solid carbide tooling at this diameter.
