The SGS 07353 is a solid carbide circuit board drill bit designed for precision drilling in printed circuit board fabrication and related small-diameter applications. Ground to a 130-degree four-facet point, this bit delivers clean entry and reduced thrust force when drilling through layered and composite materials. The wire gauge size 48 corresponds to a decimal diameter of 0.076 inches (1.93 mm), with a 1/8 inch (0.125 inch) straight shank. At 1.5 inches overall length, it fits standard PCB drilling chucks and high-speed spindles. The two-flute regular spiral geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation in both rigid and flexible substrates. The uncoated finish maintains tight dimensional tolerances, held to -0.0003 to +0.0000 inches on diameter.
This bit is intended for use in precision machining and circuit board drilling operations across a range of materials including aluminum, copper alloy, plastics, fiber-reinforced polymers, nickel, cobalt alloy, stainless steel, and titanium.
