The SENVA CT1R-A3D is a recessed wall-mount CO2 and temperature sensor designed for continuous indoor air quality monitoring in commercial and industrial environments. It measures carbon dioxide concentration over a range of 0 to 500 ppm and simultaneously captures ambient temperature data, providing dual-parameter readings from a single device. Output signals are available in both voltage and current formats, and the unit supports a relay option for direct control integration. Installation is handled by licensed HVAC controls technicians or building automation system integrators as part of an IAQ or HVAC monitoring loop.
The CT1R-A3D is well suited for applications where air quality and temperature data must be continuously tracked and acted upon. Supported application environments include greenhouses, laboratories, food and beverage facilities, general IAQ projects, parking garages, agricultural facilities, and transportation environments. The recessed wall-mount form factor allows flush or near-flush installation in finished wall surfaces, making it appropriate for occupied spaces where aesthetics and sensor protection both matter. Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-install room CO2 and temperature sensor compatible with building automation systems and HVAC controllers that accept standard voltage or current analog input signals.
Installation should be performed by a qualified HVAC controls technician or building automation system integrator familiar with low-voltage analog wiring practices. De-energize the control circuit at the panel before wiring the sensor outputs. Follow applicable NEC guidelines for low-voltage signal wiring, and verify that the controller input type matches the selected output signal format (voltage or current) before powering the system. Locate the sensor away from supply air diffusers, direct sunlight, and heat-generating equipment to ensure accurate ambient readings.
