The SECO 75015052 is a replaceable tip milling shank designed for the Minimaster MM10 toolholder system. It accepts interchangeable milling tips, allowing the operator to swap cutting heads without replacing the full shank assembly. The straight shank measures 0.75 inches in diameter with an 87-degree shank type and an overall length of 2.76 inches. A Weldon flat is machined into the shank for positive drive and anti-rotation retention in the toolholder. The neck diameter is 0.36 inches, providing clearance during milling operations. This component is installed by machinists and tooling technicians in CNC milling applications.
This shank is suited for use in milling operations where quick tip changes and consistent tool runout are required. The MM10 Minimaster series is a modular system commonly used in face milling, shoulder milling, and profiling applications. With a maximum cutting diameter of 0.75 inches and an effective cutting length of 0.60 inches, this shank supports compact, precision milling setups in both production and job-shop environments. The head length of 0.20 inches keeps the tool assembly compact for applications with restricted clearance.
Designed for use with the SECO Minimaster MM10 modular milling system. Accepts MM10-style replaceable milling tips.
Installation and tool changes should be performed by qualified machinists or tooling technicians with the machine spindle fully stopped and locked out per facility lockout/tagout procedures. Ensure the Weldon flat is properly aligned with the set screw in the toolholder before tightening. Inspect the tip seating surface for chips or debris before mounting a replacement tip, as contamination can affect runout and tool life.
