The SECO 74017234 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying ANSI and ISO designation ACET150612TR-M14, manufactured in the T25M medium-grain carbide grade with a CVD-applied TiCN coating. It is a single-sided, right-hand parallelogram insert in the ACET-15 series, featuring a positive rake angle of 15 degrees, a T-Land cutting edge style, and two cutting edges per insert. With a 7-degree relief angle and a corner radius of 3/64 inch (0.0472 inches), this insert is engineered for milling applications in steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium. It is installed by machinists and tooling technicians using a screw-holding method in compatible cutter bodies.

Inspect the cutter body pocket and screw threads for damage each time inserts are changed.
