The SECO 74016454 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying ANSI/ISO designation SEKR1203AFN-E07 and manufactured to grade T25M. The insert features a square shape with a 90-degree included angle, four usable cutting edges, and a CVD-applied TiCN coating over a medium-grain carbide substrate. It measures 0.5000 inches in inscribed circle diameter, 0.5000 inches in length and width, and 0.1252 inches thick. A positive rake angle of 18 degrees and a honed cutting edge style combine to reduce cutting forces and promote clean chip formation. The E07 chip breaker geometry and 20-degree relief angle make this insert well suited to productive face and shoulder milling operations.
